4. Formal Return Procedure

To guarantee a smooth audit and tracking history, returns must follow these steps:

Notice: Items sent back unilaterally without prior formal approval or without using our issued pre-paid shipping label will be rejected and will not qualify for a refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your cargo immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives physically defective, broken, or if you received an incorrect product variant, notify us via info@nixilabs.shop within 48 hours of receipt. We will quickly issue a brand-new replacement item or initiate an immediate full refund at no charge to you.
