2. Order Handling & Transit Timelines

To set exact expectations and maintain total compliance with global merchant standards, our delivery timeline is divided into two verifiable operational stages:

3. Tracking & Shipment Dispatches

4. Address Corrections & Delivery Boundaries

  • Address Modifications: Changes to shipping destinations can only be authorized prior to package dispatch.   • P.O. Boxes & Military Bases: Due to security protocols and carrier constraints, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A valid, physical residential or commercial address must be supplied.

5. Missing, Damaged, or Diverted Cargo

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking data states "Delivered" but the items are missing, check with household members, building management, or neighbors before contacting us. If the package remains missing, email us within 48 hours of the delivery stamp. We will open a non-delivery investigation with the carrier.
